Then book for 6 pm. We'll make sure you can enjoy your dinner at ease and still be at the Menin Gate in time for the Last Post at 8 pm.
Or book for 8.30 pm, after the Last Post.

A day beyond Ypres

Staying a few nights with us? Ypres is a good base for more of Belgium.

For a full day further out, we recommend Belgium's Wanderlust: private day tours for your own party only, never shared with other guests.
You are picked up at our door on the Slachthuisstraat and brought back the same evening.

Days our guests can choose from Ypres:

  • Bruges and Ghent in one day: canals, belfries and the Graslei.
  • Dinant and the Meuse valley: the citadel above the river and the start of the Ardennes.
  • A Flemish brewery day: family breweries in the region, with tastings.
  • A day built around what you love: art, castles, food, or anything else.
