Want to attend the Last Post?
Then book for 6 pm. We'll make sure you can enjoy your dinner at ease and still be at the Menin Gate in time for the Last Post at 8 pm.
Or book for 8.30 pm, after the Last Post.

When will you join us?
Choose your arrival time with care, so everything is ready when you walk in.
Is your time fully booked? Simply pick the next available slot and enjoy an aperitif in our cosy bar in the meantime.

  • which date (or dates) you have in mind
  • how many people will attend
  • whether it's a half day or a full day
  • whether you'd like lunch, coffee breaks or dinner

We'll get back to you quickly and look at your wishes together.

Meeting + overnight stay?

Many groups combine their day with us with an overnight stay. That's possible, and as a hotel guest you benefit from a discounted room rate. Just mention it in your e-mail.
