Our online reservation system is perfectly safe and confroms with the stringend requirements of PCI compiances. You can see what the rates are for the dates you are requesting and you can also look at our special offers before you commit yourself to making a booking.
We are always on hand to help you in making your reservation: by telephone every day from 7am untill 11pm, with a 'fast track' service between 8am and 6pm. Our reception team is available every day to answer general enquiries between 7am and 11pm. In emergency situations, we have a night manager who is available between the hours of 11pm and 7am.

Our room rates van vary according to how busy we are and the season. A minimum and maximum rate per room type can be found here. Our rates are always per room and per night.
The secured parking is always included, as is our breakfast buffet. Only with the 'Room only' tariff it is not, but you will have the chance to still book breakfast at check-in.
VAT is always included, per night we are charged € 1,40 by our town government, which will be added to your bill at check out.
You can check in every day from 3pm onwards.
But if you're early, you can go ahead and use our parking, bar, restaurant and terrace.
Check out is untill 11am.
Upon availability and at a cost of € 25, we can arrange adjusted check-in and -out times: if you plan to arrive earlier (between 10am and 3pm) or if you wish to stay longer (between 11am and 3pm). Please make sure to book this beforehand.

wider or longer bed? Possible ! 210 cm in stead of 200 cm long. Our double beds are 160 cm wide, but we also have some that are 180 cm wide. We call this in UK & Ireland a Super King and in America & Australië a King. Just so you know! ;-)
anti-allergic rooms: You don't like carpet? We have got some rooms with parquet floor, and some with vinyl floor.
walk-in shower: most of our rooms have a combined bad/shower in the bathroom. Prefer a walk-in shower? Let us know!
For a small supplement ... we will prepare that little extra magic.
flowers: we will make sure there's a lovely bunch of flowers waiting in your room, beautifully in a take away packaging / vase: € 40.
wine or champagne: We will put your bottle and glasses ready in your room. If you went for champagne or white wine, we'll deliver this to your room just after you arrived, nicely chilled. White or red wine costs € 30, the champagne is yours for € 70.
chocolate: A box of local, artisan chocolates from Ypres' best chocolatier, beautifully present-wrapped.

room coats and slippers: Long ride? Just slip into these lovely roomcoats and soft slippers. € 20 (These are standard included in the bubble room.)
If you're travelling alone, but still prefer a double bed, just let us know. € 10 supplement double for single use (per night)
