Want to attend the Last Post?
Then book for 6 pm. We'll make sure you can enjoy your dinner at ease and still be at the Menin Gate in time for the Last Post at 8 pm.
Or book for 8.30 pm, after the Last Post.

When will you join us?
Choose your arrival time with care, so everything is ready when you walk in.
Is your time fully booked? Simply pick the next available slot and enjoy an aperitif in our cosy bar in the meantime.

Reception team

Job description
You welcome our guests on arrival and take care of a smooth check-in and check-out. You manage the bookings through Mews, our hotel system, answer questions by phone, email and our other channels, and love giving guests good tips on what to see in Ypres and our beautiful Westhoek. No two days are the same, and that's what makes it fun.

A-teamer
You're warm and spontaneous, smiling comes easy to you and you love helping people out. You stay calm when it gets busy and you enjoy working in a team. You have a way with languages (Dutch, English, and a bit of French is a nice bonus, because our guests come from all over). Experience at a reception desk is a plus, but not a must. A good chat and the right attitude matter more to us.
